A 20 cow herd of Red Angus cattle is located
1000 ft up in the Pentland Hills,
just south of Edinburgh. It is one of the few all-red Angus herds in
the UK and has some of the very best of Scottish genetics in the
current bloodlines. The cows, which are docile and easy to handle, are large, fleshy,
milky and
well ended.

We
usually have good quality heifers and sometimes a few naturally reared
young bulls for sale and we would be delighted to show you round.

This
powerful young bull will be offered for sale at the 2012 Stirling
Bull Sales in February. He is a tremendous animal with presence,
length and size. This is a great chance to buy an outstanding
Scottish bred red bull from an accredited pedigree herd of Red
Angus. He has good genetics, good figures and a great future. His
sire is Auchincrieve Red Elation G908 and his dam is Housteads Elly
F211, a big strong red cow bought as a heifer. |

Auchincrieve Red Elation G908 (by Netherton Figo) is our current
stock bull. He has grown into a powerful bull with length and size
in good proportions. His calves are consistently correct and
well-shaped.

had a highly successful 2008 show season winning three championships
- Echt, New Deer and Banchory, two reserve Male Championships (Keith
& Grantown), member of two winning groups (Keith & Grantown),
unbeaten in his class at summer shows including the National Show at
Turriff

J306 purchased at the February Bull Sales 2010 and placed second
in her class., |
